A neat thing I recently discovered that exists now is timer medicine caps. They automatically reset when you open the meds bottle to help you know if you have taken your meds, or how long you have to go before your next dose!

This is true! Picture of a sample one below:

(Sorry it’s so big.) Basically, the second you snap it shut on the bottle, it starts a timer. The timer resets when the bottle is open. This is great for those who are forgetful, but also those who are taking medication that really messes with your senses. I think the site on the image created them (maybe?), but I’ve seen generic ones at RiteAid, so I imagine many pharmacies carry them. They’re not too expensive, and they have different sized caps for all different sized bottles. Worth the investment!
