Meet Biddy, The Travelling Hedgehog
Those of us who want to travel but do not have the time or the money finally have a solution – we can travel in spirit together with Biddy the hedgehog, a little guy on Instagram whose travel photos are becoming insanely popular.
Toni DeWeese and Tom Unterseher, Biddy’s two loving owners in Oregon, take him on adventures almost every week throughout the Pacific Northwest. He visits mountains, forests, waterfalls, and the occasional donut shop.

Looking up Scottish mythological creatures and
Wulver: a werewolf in Shetland, that is said to have had the body of a man with a wolf’s head. It was reported to have left fish on the windowsills of poor families.
That is the nicest Werewolf legend I’ve ever heard of.
Now I wish I could draw because I’d love to draw this.
i tried“Wulver” is also a good character name, regardless of whether the character is wolfy or likes fishing for charity.
Here’s my final for my Time Arts class. I wrote a comic about my Kenyan sand boa, Boo.

I’m thinking about two internet friends meeting for the first time and then going out somewhere together, or maybe to meet up with someone’s mom for dinner or whatever
and when the one friend is introduced to the mom they use their internet name because a lot of the time that’s just how things work? So you get something wacky-sounding like “this is lilyputt, mom” or all evening people are calling “hey, lilyputt, come look at this” and “mackeless, where are you?”
and it sounds weird and it’s even weirder because people are clearly responding to these ridiculous terms of address because that’s part of who they are but maybe there are a few people in the area who hear this going on and are just like they must be internet friends hanging out together awwww
I dunno, it sounded cute when I laid it all out in my head, like maybe it meant something
So I just had the shit creeped out of me.
I’m not someone who believes in ghosts, but I was sitting in my room, alone and in the dark, and I heard the strings of my violin being softly plucked.
My violin is hanging on the wall several feet away.
So I gathered my courage, grabbed my phone, and used the camera light to investigate.
And found this.
A goddamn spider was playing my violin. Not even joking. The little shit.
I think I’d have preferred a ghost….
DO NOT PANIC there is just a Disney movie about to happen. The spider loves music. The spider just wants to play.
New species of bat found, Niumbaha superba, and it’s adorable.
Oh wow! I’m glad people are as excited about animals as I am. Here’s some additional photos. Fun fact: this bat is so different from others that a new genus was created!
