Some asshole ran over the Mike Brown memorial last night. According to several sources the driver, an unknown white male, drove his pick up truck right through the memorial. One of the witnesses called the police but of course no one arrived and according to the St. Louis police department, they “never received a call.” Oh and did I mention how the St Louis Police Department Public relations officer is on the board for Darren Wilsons fundraiser.

A couple of hours after the incident, several people from the community came together and rebuilt it. Still nothing further has been said from the police and no suspects have been named (no surprise.)

PSA: That story about Shaun King skimming from charities originates with Charles C. Johnson, a racist, sexist piece of shit who also started the false rumor about ABC paying Darren Wilson for an interview, falsely reported Mike Brown had pending juvenile murder charges and not only outed the woman in the embattled Rolling Stone UVA story, he falsely reported a woman she’d posted a picture of on Pinterest was her and drove the second woman off social media.

Another black person, Antonio Martin, was killed just hours ago, just two miles outside of Ferguson by a white cop. What we know so far is he was unarmed, he was at a gas station, the cop stopped him for “matching the description” of a suspect and then shot him for refusing to lie down on the ground.

Note that suspect descriptions are usually along the lines of “we’re looking for a black male between 18 and 42.”

@OwningMyTruth: NYC Mayor de Blasio is now calling for #BlackLivesMatter protests to be put on hold until NYPD officers are buried. Two things-

#1 We now know that the shooter of the officers was NOT an activist and was NOT connected to #BlackLivesMatter, so that point is moot.

#2 Did NYPD stop brutalizing black people after they killed Amadou Diallo, Sean Bell, Eric Garner or Akai Gurley? Naw.

In summary: this is some bullshit.

According to a thorough review of 18 pages of source docments, it has been determined that “Sandy McElroy was never near Canfield Drive on August 9. She completely fabricated her entire story weeks after Darren Wilson killed Mike Brown. During their interrogation of her, Sandy McElroy was completely shredded by the FBI as a racist, a liar, unstable, and more. They proved in their own interview, with evidence, that McElroy lied about ever being there, about how she left the scene, about key details of the case that she claimed she witnessed, etc.”
