Of all their attempts, here’s possibly the most blatant lie of them all. 

The very lie used to help Wilson avoid indictment. 

At 12:02 (as also posted by the Post-Dispatch confirmed timestamp, as pointed out in the picture below) Darren Wilson calls in for back up before the scuffle begins.

At 12:02:14, Glide App’s audio begins (also as depicted below.) The first shot in that audio takes place two seconds in at 12:02:16. 

Darren Wilson says he doesn’t fire his weapon (12 rounds, plus one in the chamber) at Mike Brown while running. He also says Mike Brown ran to the light pole which according to this Google Maps image below, is approx. 171 feet from the SUV. 

That’s when Darren Wilson claims Mike Brown reached for his waist, and charged back towards him. And THAT’s when Wilson’s shots (that we hear in the Glide App audio) begin. 

Darren Wilson says in between when he made the call for back up prior to the encounter at 12:02 and the first shot heard on Glide App 12:02:14 all of this takes place:

Darren Wilson packaged it so that he was the victim of Mike Brown’s aggression the whole time, while he followed protocol. Problem is, science doesn’t allow his story to be possible. At all. 

His whole testimony of calling in for back-up, reversing his SUV, addressing the boys, having his door slammed shut on him TWICE, getting into a scuffle for his gun, being beat nearly unconscious, firing two shots, getting out of his cruiser, and chasing him 171 feet before Mike Brown stopped at the light pole, had to ALL have happened in between the 12:02 time of radioing in, and the 12:02:14 time stamp on the first shot on Glide App.

There’s no way all of that stuff is happening in 14-16 seconds total, as DW’s story suggests. 

Watch this short (no pun) Kevin Hart video twice, and that’s 14 seconds. 

To run 171ft, alone, in 16 seconds, one would have to run a steady 7mph. All of the witnesses agree that the jog from the SUV to the resting place of Mike Brown was a slowish run. 

LIES. Your lies will do you in, Officer Wilson, and Missouri government.

This didn’t even take me 12 hours to debunk. .

I am DESPERATELY trying to inform everyone that IT IS ALREADY UNCONSTITUTIONAL TO KILL UNARMED FLEEING FELONS/SUSPECTED FELONS

In the 1984 case Tennessee v. Garner, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that killing an unarmed fleeing felon (and even SUSPECTED felon) is unconstitutional.

This ruling has not been overturned and is still valid and standing today!
