I am not a picky eater. I never have been. I usually determinedly try things again and again to see if my sense of taste has changed, but some things still elicit a very strong, negative response like plain white milk. If milk isnt flavoured or well hidden, well, its coming right back up.
Toothpaste, cherries, cooked salmon, and cooked broccoli, as well as oats.

Some stuff I love but still overloads me, like chocolate, and sugar.

Any other autistic adults like this?

yes this is very much like me. I am always seeking new flavors and textures and combinations of food, and always trying things again if I didnt like them the first time.

But, pineapple and uncooked bell peppers of any color are two things that always trigger my gag reflex regardless of how little there is or how well hidden they are; even the smell is nauseating. The only bell pepper I can eat is the green kind, and only in two very specific foods (omelette and pizza), in which I actually enjoy them! Its very odd. I can’t stand nuts either, except in some baked goods and in cases like cinnamon-sugar roasted ones from fairgrounds, and yet I keep trying them over and over again.

I have no problems with the textures of yogurt and cheesecake while they’re in my mouth, but as soon as I try to swallow it feels like a giant lump in my throat and I cant do it.

I also have the overload issue with chocolate. I cant stand milk chocolate really at all, but I love fancy dark chocolates. Even so, I can only eat a tiny piece at a time.

Yeah, same here. Although sometimes I won’t try things if they’re similar in texture/smell to something I have already tried and disliked.
